Go Global with Heriot-Watt University
We are a global university with an international outlook, that’s reflected in our campus locations throughout the world, as well as our staff, student and alumni community.
We encourage students to participate in the many opportunities to study abroad, including our unique inter-campus transfers where you can study at Heriot-Watt in Malaysia, Dubai and our three UK locations.
We will also continue to offer study and work opportunities in Europe, regardless of the outcome of negotiations between the EU and the UK, and we are working closely with our European partner institutions to ensure current exchange opportunities will continue to be available in the future.
Normally at Heriot-Watt, you have the opportunity to become a global student by taking part in an inter-campus transfer, Erasmus+ or Exchange scheme. Studying abroad is a unique opportunity and likely to provide some of your most memorable life experiences.
However, due to the global restrictions around travel, semester 1 and 2 of 2020/21 are closed for applications.
